The saddest section on our site.
In the event that the crib did not suit you or something irreparable happened to it during delivery, you can exchange or return the house-bed to us, in accordance with the law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
But we really hope that over the last 7 years of our work, as there were no such unpleasant moments for everyone, it will never be :)
Refund does not work if:
- the house-bed has been in use for more than 14 days from the date of delivery;
- the house-bed has defects that arose as a result of violations of the assembly and operation rules;
- the house-bed has been affected by third parties or individuals (including during assembly);
- the house-bed has been transformed or changed to your liking (for example, holes have been added, load-bearing parts have been removed).
